Scranton man accused of assault, terrorism

A Scranton man is being charged after police say he assaulted and berated a man at Dynamic Solutions on Thursday.

According to a criminal affidavit, Austin Miller parked his car on Mattes Avenue around 2:52 p.m. when he saw a man in a red Subaru shouting out the window at other employees.

As the affidavit reads the man, identified as 41-year-old, Bryan Trischetta (pictured below) started yelling at Miller and calling him a “baby killer.”

According to police, Trischetta forcefully shoved Miller into a brick wall, causing abrasions on his arms and wrists.

Officers say Trischetta parked his car in front of the gate and continued to terrorize Miller and a security guard, repeatedly calling them “baby killers” and insisting he find a new job.
