Arizona 12-year-old arrested in connection to Milwaukee-area school threats

A 12-year-old Arizona girl is in police custody after a threat investigation at a Milwaukee area school.

Police in Buckeye, Arizona, said Milwaukee officers contacted the department after linking a threat to a home’s IP address in the city about 40 miles west of Phoenix. Investigators interviewed the child and collected evidence, leading to her arrest. The girl now faces felony charges, including making a terroristic threat.

WISN 12 News reached out to the Milwaukee Police Department and Milwaukee Public Schools for more information but have not heard back.
