Emailed threats to Jewish funeral home leads to Spring man’s arrest, Bellaire police say
A man in Spring was arrested after police say he threatened to kill Jewish people in the Houston area.
Bellaire police were contacted about the threat in October.
The owner of Houston Jewish Funerals in Bellaire told investigators he received a disturbing email with the subject line “Beezlebub.”
Police didn’t have trouble locating a suspect. They said he used his own email address and included his phone number. An officer called the number and when a man answered, the officer told him he was calling about an email he received. Police say the man began telling the officer how he could help bury more [jews] and repeating other statements that were in the email.
