Mother accused in terrorism case, gets bond conditions modified to work

Ashley Pardo, the mother accused of aiding in the commission of terrorism, appeared in court Friday morning.

Her son was found planning an attack on a middle school, according to police.

Pardo’s attorneys requested changes to her bond conditions to allow her to return to work. The judge approved the request, permitting a modification to her GPS monitoring to accommodate her employment schedule.

The judge reaffirmed existing bond conditions, including no contact with schools in Bexar County, mandatory drug testing, and no possession of firearms or incendiary devices, which remain in effect alongside the modified GPS monitoring terms.
