Shane Daley, 40, was charged with cyberstalking for allegedly leaving four voice messages that court papers indicated were “laced with threats of continued violence.” The alleged calls, placed to a work phone number for one of Thompson’s family members, were overflowing with profanities and started on Dec. 4, the same day that Thompson was gunned down in a New York City street, acting U.S. Attorney John A.
