At least three killed in explosion at northern Ukraine train station

At least four people have been killed and 12 others injured in an explosion at a railway station in Ovruch in northern Ukraine.

Local media said a Kharkiv resident detonated an explosive device during a document check, killing a female border guard and two civilians.

The bomber later died in an ambulance, the State Border Guard Service said.

Police are on the scene and an investigation is under way.
