Las Vegas Tesla arson suspect pleads guilty to all federal counts
The man charged with setting fire to several vehicles at a Tesla service center in Las Vegas pleaded guilty to all federal counts on Monday.
U.S. District Court records show Paul Kim’s change of plea came without a plea agreement. Sentencing is now scheduled for May 27.
Authorities arrested Kim for targeting the Tesla center near Badura Avenue and Jones Boulevard in March. Las Vegas Metropolitan Police alleged that he shot at cars parked outside, used Molotov cocktails to set them on fire, and tagged the entrance with the word “RESIST.”
