Germantown Shopping Center Wall Bears Tags Linked to FBI-Flagged Violent Network

Black spray-painted graffiti bearing tags associated with 764 — a violent online network that has drawn a formal public safety warning from the FBI — appeared Sunday morning on the exterior wall of a building near the Noodles & Company at Neelsville Village Center on Frederick Road in Germantown, photographs obtained by MDBayNews show.

The graffiti, photographed at approximately 8 a.m. on June 7, includes the header “KILL THE WORLD” and lists multiple handles with “764” suffixes — a naming convention associated with the network. The FBI’s Chicago field office has issued a PSA identifying 764 as a violent online group that targets minors and has been linked to real-world violence.

A separate tag on the same wall — “MKY” — has been linked by researchers to accelerationist networks that overlap with 764, including groups described as neo-Nazi adjacent.
