Oliver County [ND] man charged with terrorizing over data center threats
An Oliver County man is facing a felony terrorizing charge after authorities say he threatened to shoot supporters of a proposed data center.
The Oliver County Sheriff’s Office says a bar patron overheard Kenneth Ganske making the threats in late April.
According to court documents, Ganske allegedly said he had untraceable ammunition and could think of four or five data center supporters he could shoot.
The Oliver County State’s Attorney charged him with one count of terrorizing and one count of disorderly conduct.
He is expected to make his first court appearance on June 10.
