Man re-arrested for making terrorist threats and mentioning homicide against DA’s office

A Salt Lake City man previously charged for making terroristic threats against court officials, including “government bloodshed,” has been arrested again for leaving a voicemail saying he would “go as far as homicide.”

Anthony Dominic Seven, 57, has been charged with threatening terrorism to intimidate, coerce, or influence government, a second-degree felony.

On June 24, the Salt Lake County Sheriff’s Office was contacted by an investigator from the Salt Lake County District Attorney’s Office (DA), who stated that Seven was making more threats against the DA’s office.

A couple of weeks later, a lieutenant with the DA’s office reported receiving two threatening voicemails from Seven, the second of which was very concerning to staff because he threatened homicide.

In the first voicemail, Seven allegedly says, “My isolation was far worse for [unintelligible] twenty years. So bad that it drove me to the point where I am making threats against the government.”
