Cincinnati woman accused of making bomb threats to Mississippi agencies

A woman from West Price Hill is facing federal charges in Mississippi for allegedly calling in bomb threats to two county agencies.

Nearly three years ago, Michelle Edwards, from West Price Hill, was accused of attacking a woman with a hammer.

In this new case, the FBI said Edwards attempted to hide her phone number, but investigators traced it to her home on Pedretti Avenue.

The FBI said Edwards called the George County Chancery Clerk more than 20 times in less than 10 minutes on July 23.

Shortly afterward, Edwards allegedly used “*67” to call the Jackson County Sheriff eight times.
