Northwest Indiana man charged with exploiting minors

Charleston Fallon, 19, of Gary, is charged with sending threats across state lines, coercing a minor and attempting to sexually exploit children.

According to a probable cause affidavit, Fallon was a member of 764, which an FBI agent described as a “nihilistic violent extremist group” that seeks to “destroy civilized society through the corruption and exploitation of vulnerable populations, which often include minors.”

The affidavit says Fallon used Discord to coerce minors into sending child sexual abuse material.

In one exchange, court documents say he asked a 16-year-old girl to send explicit images of herself. When she refused, Fallon allegedly threatened to find out where she lived and “swat” her.

Court records also say Fallon admitted extorting multiple people into killing animals.

“Fallon would threaten to swat someone in order to get them to kill an animal. Fallon admitted to swatting a female one time because ‘she did not listen.’ She would not cut herself for Fallon, and because of this Fallon swatted her,” the court documents state.
