Three people were wounded in a shooting at an assisted living facility building in South Los Angeles Monday and an employee is in police custody.

Three staff members were wounded, one of them critically, in a shooting that occurred in the lobby of Progressive Home for the Elderly in the 7000 block of Denver Avenue, near 70th Street, according to the Los Angeles Police and Fire departments.
