3 Towson University students among 17 arrested after shooting near campus

Seventeen people, including three Towson University students and two juveniles, were arrested in connection with a shooting near the university on Sunday, Sept. 27.

Police said the adults range in age from 18 to 31. The juveniles are 15 and 17.

The suspects face multiple weapons charges. The 15-year-old is charged with possessing a firearm as a minor.

“(Police) were just kind of taking anyone who was outside there and putting them in cuffs,” a Towson neighbor told CBS News Baltimore. “They were like lining them up. There was 15 of them sitting on the curb just waiting for questioning.”
