Russian drone attacks kill nine in Ukraine’s Dnipropetrovsk region
In the Ukrainian town of Marhanets, a bus was targeted by a Russian drone. Russia also launched an overnight attack on Kharkiv, Kherson, Poltava and Odesa.
The Russian army launched another massive attack on Ukrainian cities overnight on Tuesday, with strikes carried out in Kyiv, Kharkiv, Poltava, Odesa and Dnipropetrovsk regions.
A Russian kamikaze drone attack in Marhanets in Ukraine’s Dnipropetrovsk region has killed nine people and injured at least 30, according to preliminary data, the head of the regional military administration said.
“The enemy attack claimed nine lives. Condolences to relatives and friends. The number of injured is constantly growing. According to information at the moment, there are 30. The aggressor hit a kamikaze drone on the bus with employees of the enterprise”, said Dnipropetrovsk governor Serhiy Lysak.
The Ukrainian State Emergency Service specified that the bus was hit by a Russian FPV drone. The service published photos from the scene of the impact, showing the punctured roof of the bus, the dead and wounded inside the vehicle.
