Man arrested, accused of throwing Molotov cocktail at DHS building in Grand Island

A man was lodged in jail after he allegedly threw a Molotov cocktail at a Department of Homeland Security building in Grand Island.

According to a federal criminal complaint, federal employees of Homeland Security and Immigration and Customs Enforcement had left the DHS building at 703 S. Webb Road after work at 11 a.m. on June 8. When employees returned to work on June 9, they saw the words “KILL ICE” spray painted on the window.
