More charges filed against Barry, Illinois, man who allegedly used an explosive device near jail
Additional charges were filed Monday against a Barry, Illinois, man who allegedly set off an explosive device in an alley behind the Pike County Jail on Saturday.
Pike County Sheriff David Greenwood reported Sunday that 23-year-old Dakota J. Adams had been charged with possession of an incendiary device and unlawful possession of a weapon.
Court documents on Monday show that Adams had also been charged with three counts of intimidation for messages he allegedly sent through the inmate text messaging service, threatening to harm people and to detonate explosives.
