Two 19-year-olds arrested for terroristic threats against school; bail set at combined $1M
Two 19-year-olds have been arrested after allegedly sending terroristic threats to a school, according to Pennsylvania State Police.
Garrett Swayne, 19, and Francy Brisma, 19, are facing charges of terroristic threats with intent.
State police report that the social media threats were directed toward a school on Jan. 8.
Investigators determined that the threats came from Swayne and Brisma. Both were taken into custody by troopers on Jan. 9.
Troopers report that Lancaster County School Districts were informed of the investigation and that there is “no longer a threat.”
