Man arrested for making threats against West Palm Beach police officers
A Palm Beach Gardens man was arrested Wednesday and charged with threatening to kill multiple members of the West Palm Beach police.
“Including the chief of police, the deputy chief, an assistant chief, a major, multiple lieutenants, officers, and professional staff members,” said West Palm Beach Police Deputy Chief Tony Shearer.
Investigators said the threat was posted on the West Palm Beach Police Facebook page.
Police posted on that page on June 1, celebrating their time at the Law Enforcement Awards ceremony.
Their post included three photos of about a dozen officers.
Five days later, an account with the name Chris Kyililel commented on the post with four words: “All pictured are dead.”
Police believe Bryan Slater is the one who posted that comment.
